Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 1-3 cross-functional engineering teams with a mix of skills and levels, including front-end, back-end, mobile, full-stack, data, and quality automation engineers.
- Direct people management for 5-10 engineers, mentoring, coaching, and growing your team for success.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers from your own team and across Mews Systems.
- Delivery planning and roadmap execution.
- Maintain and improve the quality levels of the product.
Requirements:
- Firm engineering background and understanding of the software development lifecycle in a SaaS company.
- Ability to review system architecture and code pull requests.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
