Job Title: Strategic Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sales Development Representative to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for our Strategic field sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Strategic and Global Account field sales representatives and the marketing organization to qualify leads and generate demand.
  • Support Global Accounts in the Benelux market and identify areas of growth and expansion opportunities within Global Accounts.
  • Prospect and conduct research on accounts by using Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and other tools.
  • Develop an understanding of the customer's usage of Dynatrace, business issues, and other relevant information.
  • Create comprehensive account profiles to support expansion efforts.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound programs to increase attendance at upcoming events, webinars, and to create broad awareness of the Dynatrace platform to target audiences.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with senior IT Management, such as CTO, CIO, Directors of IT Operations, Directors of Infrastructure, Directors of Application support, Cloud Architects.
  • Understanding of IT or DevSecOps management solutions is a plus.
  • Experience using a CRM preferred, specifically Salesforce.
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, cold calling experience.
  • Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
