Job Title: Compliance Training Professional
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We're seeking a highly talented Compliance Training Professional to join our team of compliance training professionals. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting training needs assessments, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop impactful learning content, supporting the delivery and administration of training through our learning management system, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training through reporting and assessments.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting training needs assessments to identify risk-based compliance training needs
- Collaborating with Business Heads, Compliance Staff, key stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop instructional strategies to maximize Payoneer's training Return on Investment (ROI)
- Assisting in developing and implementing an effective compliance training program tailored to the specific needs of different departments and roles within the organization
- Coordinating the scheduling and delivery of compliance training sessions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance training activities and preparing regular reports for management
Requirements:
- Excellent business writing skills, especially experience writing instructional material for adult learners
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment/industry
- Experienced in the use of eLearning authoring systems (e.g., Articulate Storyline)
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across global teams
- Experience in financial compliance is a strong plus
- Experience working with a learning management system (LMS) is a plus
- Any data analytic experience is a strong plus

You're also comfortable collaborating across global teams and possess excellent communication skills.
