We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team in the Spanish Market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acting as a consultant to existing customers, increasing client satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
The RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, understanding their requirements through regular video calls, and providing product updates and engagement.
- Build strong client relationships and understand their needs through regular communication.
- Serve as the primary contact for all client experience-related needs.
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and add value.
- Proactively analyze your portfolio to inform decision-making and create action plans for each client.
- Recognize trends and potential weaknesses, reporting them proactively and helping to improve customer journeys and our product.
- Collaborate with teams such as Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance to meet company goals.
- Demonstrate strategic analytical skills and organizational excellence.
- Be tech-savvy.
- Manage customer portfolios (B2B) with at least 1 year of experience.
- Experience with SaaS environments is a plus.
- Exhibit excellent communication and empathy skills.
- Be capable of multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
- Proactively suggest new ideas.
- Handle churn cases and retention strategies.
- Experience with upselling and working with KPIs.
- Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Consulting: Act as a consultant to existing customers, providing product updates and engagement.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and add value.
- Portfolio Analysis: Proactively analyze your portfolio to inform decision-making and create action plans for each client.
- Customer Journey Improvement: Recognize trends and potential weaknesses, reporting them proactively and helping to improve customer journeys and our product.
