About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team at SD Worx Spain. As a key member of our Cloud Business Line, you will be responsible for delivering medium-sized to large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across various high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Time Management.
  • Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and aware of other HR technologies.
  • Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
  • Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients' key users.
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in SF EC module.
  • At least one end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors Time tracking (time-sheets module).
  • SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification is a plus.
  • Good understanding of HR processes.
  • High level of English language (at least B2-C1).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology.
