About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant SAP PM to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our SAP Operations team, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing our company vision and strategy within the SAP PM area.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our SAP Operations Leader to develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Analyze existing maintenance processes and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize asset availability and performance.
- Work closely with other SAP modules, such as Materials Management, Production Planning, and Quality Management, to integrate maintenance processes and drive business performance.
- Oversee the management of master data related to equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, and task lists to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Standardize work order processes and procedures across our plants to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with our global and local IT colleagues to develop and deploy corrective and preventive strategies that minimize equipment downtime and streamline costs.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as an SAP PM consultant.
- Full Professional English language proficiency.
- Expertise in SAP PM with a track record of competency in the field of SAP PM and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Sustained leadership experience in large organizations involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong management skills, including staff training and development.
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations and roll-outs.
- Ability to establish financial and non-financial metrics and KPIs for reporting and performance management.
- Proficiency in master data management, work order management, and asset tracking using SAP Plant Maintenance.
- Experience in designing and managing complex project roadmaps/pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience in leading initiatives and driving process improvements in the maintenance area.
