We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Commercial Advisor to join our team at Tm Grupo Inmobiliario. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and marketing, with 2-4 years of experience in residential sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the commercial development of the market.
- Advise and develop the loyalty of German real estate agents interested in selling our products.
- Visit our real estate promotions in Spain to get to know the product and establish a good training plan for collaborating agencies.
- Help in the decision-making process and advise individual clients according to the company's protocols.
- Participate in the definition of the marketing plan for the market and various events such as real estate fairs and product presentations.
- Education in business and marketing.
- 2-4 years of experience in residential sales.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Fluent in German, English, and Spanish.
- A fixed salary with an interesting bonus system.
