Salary
We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 per annum, with potential for bonuses based on performance. Our full-time contract includes 39 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, providing a great work-life balance.
Job Description
We are looking for skilled professionals to take on various roles within our commercial team. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing top-tier support via phone, email, or chat
- Identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with clients
- Managing existing client accounts and ensuring satisfaction with our product and services
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Dutch and a good level of English
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management (not required but a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn
