Fragrances Maintenance Manager Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fragrances Maintenance Manager to lead the daily preventive and corrective maintenance operations at the fragrance packaging department. This is an exceptional opportunity for a result-oriented individual with strong leadership skills to make a significant impact in a diverse international environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 60 technicians, overseeing their weekly schedules and coordinating daily tasks.
  • Lead maintenance activities for PKG + MKG departments, ensuring seamless production flow.
  • Identify and prioritize top plant objectives on a daily basis.
  • Develop and implement mandatory yearly training plans for the maintenance team.
  • Conduct regular DDS (Daily/Weekly) of priority lines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Review 100% of packing lines performance on a monthly basis, providing insights for improvement.
  • Own the Fragrances PM DMS pillar, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor weekly PM KPIs (BD + % PM), making data-driven decisions.
  • Manage workshops, spare parts, and inventory, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Serve as machine safety owner for Granollers site and LOTO leader, prioritizing employee safety.
  • Develop SOPs for new machinery PM plans, streamlining processes.
  • Oversee CAPEX/OVH accounts for fragrances, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Create maintenance budgets for the fiscal year, aligning with business objectives.
  • Manage production administration, hiring, and FTE budget control, maintaining operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with CR360 maintenance management, driving best practices.
  • Support task forces for priority lines, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

About You:

We are looking for a seasoned Maintenance Manager with a technical degree in industrial engineering or maintenance fields. Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in sectors like pharmacy, food, cosmetics, or automotive. Your profile should include strong leadership skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, analytical thinking, autonomy, and fluency in English and Spanish.
