We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Payments platform team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and automation.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience with AWS services, such as EC2, S3, Aurora, RDS, EKS, MSK, API gateways, Route53, CloudFront, CloudFormation, and CloudTrail. Experience in hosting multi-tier/microservice applications on AWS is also required.
The selected individual will lead a small team of engineers, providing technical leadership and guidance. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, the candidate will need to:
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code and automation.
- Lead and mentor a team of three engineers, providing technical leadership and guidance.
- Provide support to other teams that utilize cloud infrastructure.
- Help other teams design scalable, reliable, secure infrastructure.
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures for the protection of product data, systems, and networks.
