This temporary role reports to the Accounts Payable Invoice Lead and involves working with our centralized accounts payable team. As a financial administrator, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices on time while adhering to internal processes and controls.
You will utilize technology to streamline work and review processes for continuous improvement, interacting daily with employees throughout the organization to provide customer service and payroll support.
Key qualifications include:
- Accounting certificate or diploma
- Minimum three years' experience in accounts payable, managing a high volume of workload
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
- Experience with SAP (or other ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel
Additionally, a strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills are essential. Knowledge of federal and jurisdictional tax applications is a plus.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 based on industry standards and location.
