Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Product Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will work closely with Product Managers to analyze user and interaction data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve our growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user and interaction data to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to product usage and growth.
  • Collaborate with product managers to develop A/B testing strategies, implement tests, and analyze results to optimize product features and user flows.
  • Create reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and monetization.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis to drive product improvements and growth strategy adjustments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and practices related to product-led growth and monetization.
  • Own analytics projects end-to-end, defining business problems, translating them into data approaches, and delivering insights and tools that drive change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in a similar role, focusing on product or monetization and data analysis in a fast-growth business.
  • Deep expertise in data-focused tools (e.g., SQL, Python) and techniques, with a history of delivering impactful projects from start to finish.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker) and A/B testing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
