About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Rating Analyst to join our team at Ethikos 3.0. As a key member of our credit risk assessment team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the creditworthiness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough credit risk assessments of SMEs, providing detailed recommendations on their creditworthiness.
  • Analyze financial statements, qualitative information, and credit assessment tools to inform your recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality risk assessment models to support our credit decision-making process.
  • Collaborate with our team to improve our internal credit assessment tools and processes.
  • Plan and organize the workload of the team to ensure the achievement of our objectives.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in advanced French (tested during the hiring process).
  • 5-8 years of experience in SME credit risk analysis, either in the risk department or as an SME commercial management manager, preferably in banking or credit insurers.
  • Strong technical financial knowledge and familiarity with current European regulations.
  • Ability to recognize and gather valid market information.
  • Degree in Economics and Finance.
  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst), CIIA (Certified International Investment Analyst) certifications are a plus.
