**Job Description**
As a Consultant with Unit4's Professional Services team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud ERP technologies and deliver customer solutions in our industry verticals. Your expertise will enable our customers to adopt standardized solutions, reducing complexity and costs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Customer onboarding: Engage in the sales handover and project onboarding with the wider project team.
- Implement quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives.
- Lead and participate in workshops, prioritizing requirements and identifying opportunities for customer success.
- Deliver approved customer solutions utilizing templates as applicable.
- Work with wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget.
- Post go-live & existing customer engagements: Support customer solution reviews and customer health checks, identifying opportunities to expand Unit4 footprint.
- Engagement in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers.
- Product enhancements and new technologies: Stay relevant on new technologies, legislations, and good practice, sharing knowledge both internally and externally.
- Work with senior consultants to identify improvements to models and functionality.
**Requirements**
- Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English.
- Excited about technology-enabled change.
- Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail.
