Recruitment Manager for Hospitality

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Manager with a background in Hospitality to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent in the competitive Sports sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best talent in the market.
  2. Promote our company's brand and job opportunities through proactive social visibility and relevant channels.
  3. Recruit, manage, train, and lead a team of Recruitment Support Managers to ensure the right level of support throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Work closely with operational business leaders to deliver effective races and test events, including welcoming new team members.
  5. Ensure compliance with all employment law regulations and guidelines, and verify that only legitimate workers are employed with the correct documentation.
  6. Store all contracting documentation safely in our human resources system, adhering to GDPR and company retention regulations.
  7. Import new hires into our workforce management platform for effective communication, shift scheduling, time and attendance, and payroll processing.
  8. Collaborate with local and diverse third parties to attract talent, including community trusts, local councils, charities, educational establishments, and job boards.
  9. Use job turnover reports, report cost of hire, database talent levels, and create effective workforce plans with operational leaders.
  10. Stay up-to-date with workforce market dynamics and the competitive recruiting landscape, exploring job boards and third parties to improve our recruiting process and establish us as a leading employer in the market.
  11. Leverage people analytics to support data-driven decision-making regarding the acquisition of top talent in a competitive environment.

Requirements:

  1. Commercial and highly results-oriented individual with strategic recruitment planning and awareness.
  2. Experience in leading and managing teams, with exceptional interpersonal, team management, and communication skills.
  3. Strong culture and change management experience, with evidence of strong relationships skills and the ability to quickly establish credibility and respect.
  4. Pragmatic, flexible, and resilient style, with a relevant professional degree or post-graduate accreditation.
  5. Proven experience in a start-up or hyper-growth environment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a recruitment manager or similar role, leading teams.
  6. Current knowledge of recruitment procedures and related local laws, with experience working with outsourced recruitment partners and familiarity with recruitment software.
  7. Project Management experience of 5 years or more.
