The Job:

In this role as a member of the Global Sales Support Team, you will serve the Field Sales organization with best-in-class support and enablement. You'll have the chance to develop a variety of skills that contribute to your career while working with a talented team helping dynamic customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support to the Field Sales organization via phone, email, and web channels.
  • Support includes but is not limited to: Salesforce CRM, quoting, order processing, data, and contract management.
  • Offer quality assurance support for sales processes and tools.
  • Create training content to support sales processes and tools.
  • Develop business acumen by working with Field Sales to understand how they use systems to solve business challenges.
  • Collaborate with different AVEVA departments to deliver and improve service to Account Managers.
  • Help define and maintain sales processes and data governance.
  • Grow technical skill-set by developing a solid foundation in Salesforce, including CPQ, sales methodologies, sales business intelligence, and content management systems.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales operations role.
  • Experience with software quotes and orders, preferably with subscription products.
  • CRM and Sales Enablement tools, especially Salesforce CRM and CPQ.
  • Experience within a technology/software company preferred.
