The Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal role as a strategic business partner, facilitator, and liaison for HR-related activities within their assigned client groups.

As an employee champion and change agent, they assess and anticipate HR needs, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.

This role requires close collaboration with global HR teams to deliver value-added services that adhere to the HR Global Strategic plan. The HRBP works closely with various HR functions, including compensation, benefits, HRIS, and external consultants.

One of the key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner is to develop, maintain, and ensure consistency with HR practices, policies, procedures, and programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: The HR Business Partner will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: They will proactively identify and address potential employee engagement and retention issues, providing solutions to improve overall employee satisfaction.
  • HR Process Improvement: This role involves continuous monitoring and improvement of HR processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational objectives.
