- Manage and maintain Grafana LGTM stack for internal and vendor-based Observability platforms.
- Collaborate with technical teams to meet SLAs and provide quality services.
About the Role:
- This is a senior position requiring strong experience in large teams and a deep understanding of Observability tools.
- The successful candidate will have expertise in Datadog, NewRelic, Grafana LGTM stack, billing, and usage calculation.
- A strong background in ITIL process, AWS Cloud, and infrastructure as a code for automation is also essential.
