About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our DaaS Competence Center as a Desktop as a Service Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our virtualized desktop environments and providing exceptional technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Ensure that new customers are properly set up and configured to meet their needs.
  • Technical Support: Provide primary technical support to customers, ensuring regular communication and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to improve the overall quality of our services.
  • Project Participation: Participate in project groups to design and implement new management environments and tools.
  • Automation and Innovation: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for automation and innovation, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, and communicate progress and solutions to customers.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Ensure up-to-date documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a System Engineer in medium to large ICT environments, with a focus on virtualized desktop environments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more of the following: Citrix Virtual Desktop, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Azure Virtual Desktop, or Omnissa/Vmware Horizon.
  • Education: Higher professional education working and thinking level.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with IT service management tools like TOPdesk is a plus.
