We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our end-to-end Cart and Checkout experience for Amazon Business customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping our tech vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of Amazon's most critical initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical program management, with experience working directly with software engineering teams. You will be hands-on in driving the delivery of critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of the project such as project planning, risk management, communication, and implementation planning.
You will work closely with engineering, business, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination, execution, and launch of new features for Amazon's Australia and Singapore retail websites. Your work will drive cutting-edge solutions that enhance the buyer experience globally, directly impacting a multi-billion-dollar business.

- Align teams, partners, and stakeholders to drive direction, manage expectations, and overcome organizational challenges.
A Day in the Life
As a Technical Program Manager on our team, you will have end-to-end ownership of cross-functional projects, including roadmap planning, resource planning, stakeholder management, and project execution. You will interact with engineers, technicians, project managers, and senior management on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include running meetings, creating and maintaining timelines, and keeping large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager who can take on significant ambiguity and has a keen interest in enterprise procurement and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to lead large cross-functional projects including communication across all levels and teams in the organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate should have experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams. A background in managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules is also required. In addition, the candidate should have experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, working directly with engineering teams, and experience in system design.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management would be an advantage. Managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules is also preferred. Defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership is another desirable skill.
