What do we offer you?
- Paid annual scholarship of €1,000 net per month and 18 days holiday.
- Training and 12-month internship agreement with The Power MBA.
- 4-day work-week: we work 34 hours within a 4-day work-week to promote creativity and work-life balance. In addition, we have flexible start and finish times and one day of teleworking.

What are we looking for?
- A university degree with professional experience.
- Creative, proactive people, willing to generate changes and propose innovative solutions.
- Sensitivity for the fashion and retail sector.
- Residence in the area or surrounding area.
- A high level of English. Other languages are a plus.
- Immediate incorporation
What will your role be?
- Market research and competitor analysis to identify relevant opportunities and trends.
- Participation in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordination and preparation of reports on campaign and event results, with analysis of key metrics.
- Daily contact and management with suppliers, ensuring the correct execution of projects and delivery times.
- Support in the management and monitoring of projects, ensuring deadlines, tasks, and coordination between involved teams are met.
- Creation of presentations for internal and external meetings.
