Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Finance Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the tracking and analysis of key financial metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term strategies. You will develop, enhance, and maintain advanced financial dashboards using state-of-the-art Business Intelligence tools, providing deep, data-driven insights into financial performance, trends, and variances that support strategic business decisions.

Advanced Data Management and Integration:
You will leverage your expertise in SQL to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial data collected from various systems. You will design and implement robust data integration processes that consolidate information from multiple sources to create a comprehensive financial view, leading the development of data models that support complex financial analysis and reporting.

Performance Measurement and Optimization:
You will conduct in-depth profitability and cost efficiency analyses to identify key areas for improvement. Your goal will be to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization, ensuring that our financial reports serve as the primary and most reliable source of business insights.

Automation and Process Enhancement:
You will drive the automation of financial processes using SQL, Python, and other tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors, leading initiatives to continuously improve reporting processes, enhancing speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Advanced Reporting and Visualization:
You will utilize advanced Business Intelligence tools like Tableau to create dynamic, interactive reports and dashboards that are easily accessible and insightful for senior management, leading efforts to elevate the quality, sophistication, and accessibility of financial reports beyond traditional spreadsheets.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Additionally, you will require extensive experience (7+ years) in SQL, with a proven track record of deriving actionable insights and leading data-driven financial projects in a commercial setting. You will also need expertise in SQL for complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis, as well as proficiency in Python/R for data analysis and automation. Solid experience in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and advanced financial modeling is also essential. You will have demonstrated experience in partnering with senior stakeholders across different functions and regions, as well as a proven ability to lead and execute complex, end-to-end Business Intelligence projects that have a significant impact on business outcomes. Finally, you will possess exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
