Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer to join our team at Navozyme Pte Ltd. As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered design solutions for our maritime tech products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centered solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Develop interactive design concepts using cutting-edge prototyping and design tools.
  • Conduct research and testing to gather user insights and inform design decisions.
  • Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet business requirements and user needs.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to generate ideas and concepts for proposed solutions.
  • Present design solutions to peers and clients.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout the design process.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile software development processes and methodologies.
  • Exposure to the maritime industry/startups/innovation ecosystems.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
