Trainer - Microsoft (AI and Power Platform)

At Skillsoft, we're passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to grow through transformative learning experiences. As a Trainer - Microsoft (AI and Power Platform), you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality education that meets vendor specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Skillsoft ILT while delivering training events that meet quality standards.
- Provide sales support where necessary, staying up-to-date with technology and industry changes.
- Keep abreast of industry and vendor technology, distributing information to colleagues as needed.
- Manage the classroom, minimizing delegate disruption and dissatisfaction.
- Work closely with the designated scheduling manager to ensure trainer utilization meets company requirements.
- Adopt and display the SKS attitude, demonstrating a can-do and positive attitude at all times.
- Establish, build, and maintain positive relationships and communication channels with operational team members.
Requirements:
- Exam passes in AI102, AI900, PL100, PL300, PL900, as documented in the MCT Transcript.
- MCT - Microsoft Certified Trainer.
- Experience delivering training events.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
