Receptionist - Hospitality Expert

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.
- Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth guest experience.
- Upsell additional services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage online and phone reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities, ensuring guests feel informed and supported.
- Respond to client complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with the housekeeping team to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests' needs.
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
