About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Proposal Specialist. As a key member of our proposal team, you will be responsible for developing and managing proposals for our clients in the renewable energy sector.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop proposals for clients in the renewable energy sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement proposal strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal development and management.
  • Strong understanding of the renewable energy sector and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
