Role Overview:
As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our database, preparing correspondence, and processing invoices. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent communication skills will be essential in achieving our goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Business/Office Administration Certificate or Diploma
Responsibilities:
1. Manage strata roll updates to ensure accuracy and timeliness
2. Prepare welcome packs for new clients using Bing templates
3. Liaise with solicitors to process Section 184 applications
4. Run and manage debt collection processes up to legal action
5. Issue by-law breach notices using templates
6. Assist with agenda and minute production for meetings
