About the Role

The Senior Manager, Airline Cargo, IATA Consulting is responsible for developing IATA Consulting's business in the airline cargo sector globally. This includes leveraging IATA's brand equity and network to form executive client relationships and generate commercial opportunities for IATA Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop IATA Consulting's business related to the airline cargo sector
  • Monitor the release of tenders / requests for proposals
  • Qualify opportunities and form bid/no-bid recommendations
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals
  • Support the contracting process
  • Lead the delivery of subsequent consulting engagements
  • Supervise and direct the work of junior consultants
  • Contribute to the life of the Consulting practice

Requirements

  • Proven track record working for a management consultancy at or around Manager or Senior Manager level
  • Deep experience and understanding of the airline cargo sector
  • Strong proficiency in applying consulting skills to Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Impeccable oral and written English communication skills
