**Job Summary**
Monat Gallery is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Digital Design Specialist. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and visual communication.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote gallery exhibitions and events.
- Create visually engaging digital content, including graphics, banners, and social media posts, that align with our branding.
- Manage and update our social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Support the maintenance and updates of our website, including uploading new artworks and exhibition details.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative strategies to increase our online visibility and audience engagement.
**Requirements:**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of web design and content management systems (WordPress, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency or C1 in English.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for contemporary art and a strong interest in the art industry.
**Important Note:** We require the establishment of an Agreement between Monat Gallery and your university.
