Finance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our team at Marriott International. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of our target customer and property employees.

• Assist in the development of means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit, exploring new business opportunities, etc.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to inform business decisions.
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Provide analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost-saving and productivity opportunities for property managers.
• Implement a system of appropriate controls to manage business risks.
• Ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations, and profitability.

• 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 1 year experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area.
• OR Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.
