We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Supervisor - Shift 3 to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and resources to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and report key performance indicators for Safety, Customer Delivery Performance, Inventory Accuracy, and Order Fulfillment.
- Ensure consistent adherence to PC&L processes and policies through regular audits.
- Apply and execute organizational standards to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate staffing needs to optimize individual performance and job responsibilities.
- Organize material flow and inventory to reach production targets and process goals.
- Set a high standard for safety by executing Safety Absolutes guiding principles and ensuring equipment maintenance.
- Partner with the training team to develop PC&L associates across multiple departments.
- Coach and develop team leaders and members while holding them accountable.
- Manage performance reviews and timekeeping for the area managed.
- Execute daily production plans and continuous improvement activities as set by management.
- Manage E-Kanban delivery and service KPIs to PC&L Assembly and PC&L Machining Departments.
- Analyze PC&L data and take appropriate action for continuous improvement.
- Execute PC&L Strategies and key supply chain strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing; 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to train a team of production staff.
- Experience with computer technology and basic Microsoft Office skills.
- SAP, E-Kanban, PIT Certification preferred.
All employees are responsible for knowing, understanding, and complying with safety policies and procedures. Wear PPE when appropriate in designated campus areas.
