We're seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our vibrant kitchen in London, a hub for culinary excellence. As part of The Cavalry Global team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career in one of Europe's most exciting cities.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires experience in high-volume kitchens (300+ covers per day), a passion for fresh ingredients, and strong leadership skills to inspire a team. You'll work with European cuisine and be responsible for crafting exceptional dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase bold, hearty flavours with a European twist
  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure efficient kitchen operations
What We Offer
