Job Title: Field Service Technician

At TKH Security, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support to our parking product clients across Europe, LATAM, and MENA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level and second-level remote technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
  • Travel to client locations within Spain to deliver hands-on technical support, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of parking systems.
  • Occasionally travel to other European countries for client support as needed.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues, leveraging your CCNA-level knowledge to address complex problems.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong technical background.
  • CCNA accreditation preferred.
