Job Title: Senior Data Analyst - Lifecycle Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Lifecycle Marketing team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead data strategy, data analysis, and insights in partnership with Lifecycle Marketers who design and deliver data-driven digital experiences across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and design a measurement framework for each lifestage in our scope and set data direction for Lifecycle Marketers in APJ and EMEA
  • Own, track, and manage the data goals and KPIs in partnership with Lifecycle Marketers across all the post-purchase lifestages of different customer personas
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketers in APJ and EMEA to track and monitor campaign and test performances
  • Develop and own sophisticated data models, reports, and dashboards to track our initiatives and derive actionable insights
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for initiatives within the Lifecycle Marketing team
  • Review performances of existing customer journeys and uncover gaps and opportunities for optimization
  • Review customer behavior and identify gaps and opportunities to accelerate time to value, improve adoption rates, and enhance long-term customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Overall 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in complex data analysis and strategic insights from a B2B, SaaS background
  • Experience working in Marketing/Sales/Customer behavior or product usage related areas is preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to extract and present insights is a must
