**The Impact You'll Have**:

The Compliance Market Lead at Notabene plays a crucial role in ensuring the company maintains its strong position in the compliance market while adapting to new regulatory landscapes and expanding its offerings. This role demands a deep understanding of compliance teams in fintechs and crypto companies and their relationships with product and revenue functions. A thorough knowledge of the regulatory landscape for crypto and payments globally is also essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

* Maintain and expand Notabene's leadership in Travel Rule compliance by enhancing existing products and anticipating evolving regulatory needs.
* Develop new compliance solutions for emerging regulatory areas, such as stablecoin regulation, tax reporting, and wallet verification.
* Collaborate with the Network Growth Lead to leverage Notabene's network to enhance compliance efforts and product adoption.
* Educate customers on trust and counterparty risk assessment in the crypto ecosystem through training and resources.
* Serve as a thought leader in the compliance and fintech space, actively contributing to industry discussions through content creation, speaking engagements, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
* Represent Notabene at industry events, maintaining strong relationships with customers, regulators, and industry experts.

**Requirements**:

* 6-10 years of experience in compliance or product roles within regulated financial institutions, including 3+ years in an early-stage or crypto company.
* Deep understanding of compliance, financial crime, or risk functions, particularly the interaction between compliance and revenue teams.
* Proven ability to develop and launch compliance solutions for emerging regulatory areas (e.g., stablecoin regulations, tax reporting, self-hosted wallet verification).
* Strong strategic thinking and communication skills to collaborate across teams and present to external stakeholders.
* Exceptional project management and organizational skills in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
* Based in Europe or East Coast US.

**Estimated Salary**: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
