About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, testing, and maintenance of Always on Marketing (AoM) program implementations using Pega, an advanced campaign management tool. This role will involve determining the next best action based on the customer's real-time context and personalized needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defines scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned projects.
- Collects, identifies, defines, and organizes detailed user and information technology requirements.
- Coordinates and collaborates with others in analyzing collected requirements to ensure plans and identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
- Participates in business and technical information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in Pega Campaign Server or equivalents.
- Technical knowledge of relational (Oracle) and non-relational (Cassandra) databases.
- SQL at developer level.
- ETL tool experience, preferably Powercenter.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience working in Agile projects of at least one year full-time, preferably two years.
- Computer Science Degree.
- Fluent Spanish and English B2, preferably C1.
