Job Description

Almirall Hermal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Global Product Manager to join our Immuno-Dermatology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a global, regional, or local scope in Europe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing a strategic asset in the business unit of Immuno-Dermatology. This includes collaborating with the Global Team to create a robust strategic platform for the brand, partnering with different functions and geographies to orchestrate successful multidisciplinary execution at global and local levels.

The Product Manager will also be responsible for efficiently understanding the market and the ecosystem in Dermatology, integrating patient and HCP insights into the brand strategy. Additionally, they will develop campaigns and brand plans capable of meeting the developments and changes that the current era in the pharmaceutical industry presents.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Hospital Products and expertise in Dermatology Prescription Marketing and/or biological products. They will also have proven experience in developing successful marketing strategies and plans, as well as their implementation and monitoring.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and managing a strategic asset in the business unit of Immuno-Dermatology
  • Collaborating with the Global Team to create a robust strategic platform for the brand
  • Efficiently understanding the market and the ecosystem in Dermatology
  • Developing campaigns and brand plans capable of meeting the developments and changes in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Managing digital content and innovative initiatives that integrate the company's marketing strategies
  • Securing sophisticated, targeted, and efficient scientific communication
  • Contribution to all strategic and tactical planning for the brand
  • Supporting financial planning and monitoring for the brand

Requirements include:

  • University degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or Healthcare Science
  • 7-8 years of overall experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Minimum of 3-5 years as a Product Manager in a global, regional, or local scope in Europe
  • Experience with Hospital Products
  • Expertise in Dermatology Prescription Marketing and/or biological products
  • Proven experience in developing successful marketing strategies and plans
  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Results-oriented individual with strong analytical and strategic skills
