Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Lead to join our team. As a Technical Support Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical support specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing team needs, flaws, and blocks, and leading the team towards achieving its targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the team's timetable, participating in the team's Training Plan definition, and providing feedback to the team and the reporting chain. You will also be responsible for conducting team members' Performance Reviews and providing motivation and inspiration to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and address team needs, flaws, and blocks
Lead the team towards achieving its targets
Coordinate the team's timetable
Participate in the team's Training Plan definition
Provide feedback to the team and the reporting chain
Conduct team members' Performance Reviews
Provide motivation and inspiration to the team

Requirements

Basic programming knowledge
Basic technological infrastructure knowledge (cloud & on-premises services, client/server architecture, HTTP APIs...)
Technical writing skills to create, review, and maintain technical documentation from our internal development documentation
Communication and training skills
Leadership and management experience
Assertive communication when dealing and coordinating with other teams
Advanced programming knowledge of our stack (JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, Java, Rust, .NET, Python...) is a plus
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
