The hotel features 121 spacious guestrooms and suites, three restaurants, three bars, two swimming pools, and a Talise Spa. The hotel is divided into eleven low-rise structures, ensuring a natural and exceptional environment for our guests.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our Housekeeping Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all Housekeeping activities. They will ensure that the team is trained, motivated, and focused, and that the standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met. The Housekeeping Manager will also be responsible for maintaining hotel policies and procedures, liaising with Front Office, and conducting periodic inspections to assess cleaning standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise all Housekeeping activities
- Ensure team is trained, motivated, and focused
- Set standards of cleanliness and maintenance of all operations
- Maintain hotel policies and procedures as agreed by management
- Liaise with Front Office on forecasting VIP arrivals and ensure smooth flow of communication between departments
- Conduct periodic inspections to assess cleaning standards
About You
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' work experience in Housekeeping in an international hotel company, and a minimum of 1 year's management experience in a high-volume Housekeeping role. They will also have experience in managing outsourced labor and casual staff requirements, and previous Housekeeping and Laundry experience as well as guest/employee relations training.
