About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Amazon's Extra Large (AMXL) team as a Supply Chain Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our global supply chains.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Amazon, from Operational teams to Retail teams, to optimize our supply chains and improve customer experience. You will analyze data to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement supply chain and operating models, and partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges.

This role requires a proactive and reactive approach, with a focus on problem-solving and driving strategic decisions. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from defining supply chain and operating models to assisting with site resource planning.

About the Team

Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) is responsible for managing the entire service, from supply chain fulfillment to delivery and returns, for heavy and bulky items like furniture and large home appliances. Our team is dedicated to providing an extra level of customer care, including unpacking, assembling, and installing items, and taking away old items where needed.

We are a dynamic and innovative team, with a focus on safety, productivity, and innovation. We are expanding our specialist fulfillment centers and delivery stations across the UK and Europe, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team.

Requirements
  • Experience in supply chain management
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, or related field
