Cybersecurity Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Professional to join our Identity and Access Management Engineering team. As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our corporate security tools, including malware protection and email sandbox.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain security products such as Malware Analysis, Phishing Protection, and Threat Intelligence Platform.
- Assess and implement new security features, configurations, and security products in the organisation.
- Align with Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and other relevant teams to achieve defined objectives and key results.
- Foster sound DevSecOps practices to continuously develop, maintain, and improve products.
- Continuously learn and expand knowledge of information security best practices.
The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, corporate security, governance, operational resilience, risk, and compliance. We define and advance the company's security strategy.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a strong background in cybersecurity and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in hands-on maintenance and improvements of cyber security products in complex corporate environments.
- A track record of successful delivery in rolling out new security solutions to enhance the company's protection.
- Knowledge of and proven skills in configuring/administrating cyber security services.
- Experience with cloud native technologies and environments.
- Passion, drive, and a belief in the value of cybersecurity operations as an enabler of business performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a broad spectrum of stakeholders effectively.
- A high level of integrity, result-oriented approach, and composure under pressure.
