**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Carhartt WIP Store in Madrid. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, ensuring that sales plans are achieved, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's daily operations, including supervising sales staff and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless store operations.
  • Implement company procedures and directives, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Support the sales team in product knowledge, providing training and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Mentor and develop sales staff to meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new staff members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping experience.
  • Process deliveries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of supervising and motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Commercial awareness and a passion for fashion, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Fluent in Spanish, with good English skills an advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting business objectives.
