Commercial Management Traineeship Programme

The Commercial Management Traineeship (CMT) programme is a 18-month career development journey for ambitious sales professionals. This programme focuses on building strong relationships with customers, negotiating deals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Becoming a sales ambassador at the frontline of our business, either in On-trade sales or Off-trade sales
  • Developing strong management skills, learning about our business strategy, and becoming a Sales and Commercial leader
  • Pursuing new customers, building relationships, and looking for ways to activate our brands and gain market share

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree within the last two years
  • No more than 2 years of professional experience
  • Fluent English and local language proficiency
  • Valid permanent visa/work permit
  • Full driving license
