**Job Title:** Financial Analyst and Administration Expert

**Estimated Salary:** €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Description:** As a Financial Analyst and Administration Expert, you will be part of the Financial team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and preparing financial and business forms to check account balances, facilitate purchases, and perform routine calculations to produce analysis and reports as requested by the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Collecting providers' invoices, preparing payments, and coordinating with an external accountant to close the month.
  • Reporting on performance and driving action to achieve business & financial objectives, providing analysis and advice on cost drivers, KPIs, and measures.
  • Overseeing and managing individual customers' accounts, creating, sending, and following up on invoices using our technology.
  • Reviewing and adhering to department budgets, collecting and entering data for various financial spreadsheets, reviewing and auditing financial statements and reports.
  • Reconciling discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients, doing the final check of the payroll report, and preparing payroll payments for employees.
  • Assisting the Chief Financial Officer in creating financial reports on a regular basis, adhering to the company's financial policies and procedures, answering questions and providing assistance to providers, customers, and colleagues as needed.
  • Attending finance department and company-wide meetings, sometimes assisting with financial reporting to managers and senior executives, suggesting changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.
  • Supporting the HR department with employees' supplies, checking and purchasing office supplies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a private company (ideally Tech/Digital) and/or Accounting/Auditing firm.
  • Excellent mathematical skills, understanding of data privacy standards, integrity, honesty, and customer-service skills.
  • The ability to proactively manage time and responsibilities to ensure timelines are achieved, solid communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Familiarity with business principles and practices, superior attention to detail, organisational skills, planning skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and critical thinking skills.
  • Computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and calculation software (especially Excel).
