- Provide ongoing maintenance and administration of our Cloud infrastructure and local office
- Provide system administration and maintenance support on Windows and Linux-based environments
- Ensure server and application compliance with security and performance requirements
Work closely with the Delivery team to provide technical project support, including:
- Providing hardware and software requirements and IT infrastructure design
- Installation and configuration of GDS Modellica applications on clients' servers and in the cloud infrastructure
- Performing technical trainings to clients
As a key member of our team, you will act as a link between the Delivery team and Product Development Department, providing technical best practices and writing high-quality technical documentation. You will also assist the Sales team with the technical aspects of offer preparation and presentations.
The position is based in our Madrid office, with most work done on-site and occasional displacements to clients' sites.
