Job Description

Sportradar is a global leader in understanding and leveraging the power of sports data and digital content for its clients around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the engineering team to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, other leaders, and engineers to create the best product for our customers.
  • Analyze the scope of Product Team initiatives and coordinate with other squads to estimate, map dependencies, plan sprints, resolve blockers, and ensure timely release to market.
  • Design and architect software solutions and participate in critical tasks.
  • Ensure team efficiency and high-quality work by enforcing tech excellence, tech debt management, and regular adjustment of processes and timelines in line with continuous improvement philosophy.
  • Collaborate in release activities, including clear and detailed plans or checklists for testing and roll-out.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical leadership experience and appreciation for engineering best practices and quality over quantity of work.
  • Proficiency in .NET and React.
  • Extensive professional experience in software development, working on robust, complex systems that serve a high volume of users.
  • Hands-on people management experience, including on/off-boarding process, performance management, talent development.
  • A knack for effective and clear communication in all circumstances.
  • A passion for bringing great products into our world through collaboration and ingenuity.
