Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Universal Leaf Philippines, Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of accountants and financial analysts to ensure efficient and effective financial operations
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and strategic planning
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial software and systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
