Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert SAP HCM Specialist to join our team in Spain, Portugal, or Italy. As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and technical activities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage tickets after receiving functional analysis and guidance/coaching on the technical way to implement it
  • Generate easy-to-maintain bug-free code and customizing respecting Alight best practices
  • Operate required system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications/developments meet agreed specifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
  • Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies at a fast pace
