Digital Marketing Specialist in Lisbon with Excellent Benefits

Blu Selection is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Customer Service Agent to join their team in Lisbon. As a Hybrid Digital Marketing Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in supporting customers with their queries and providing optimal advice on online advertising strategies.
Responsibilities and ImpactYour main tasks will include:
- Providing expert advice on various client queries;
- Building meaningful relationships with key decision-makers in the marketing industry;
- Serving as a consultant for clients' online advertising strategies;
- Understanding clients' business goals to match the required online advertisement solutions;
- Offering administrative support with invoices and other tasks;
- Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients;
- Providing strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate clients;
- Achieving strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
The successful candidate will enjoy a long-term fixed-term contract for 12 months, which can be renewed annually. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (40 hours per week), with no weekends. This is a hybrid work arrangement that offers flexibility and balance.
The salary conditions include two options:
- Including free accommodation: €1,033 gross/month + monthly bonus;
- Without accommodation: €1,390 gross/month + monthly bonus;
International candidates will also receive reimbursement of their initial flight costs after 9 months, as well as an annual return ticket to their home country within the EU. Additionally, Blu Selection will provide help with paperwork, opening a bank account, and other necessary arrangements upon arrival.

- A mother tongue level in German and good English language skills (at least B2);
- Completed secondary school or a Bachelor degree;

- Excellent communication and listening skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with diverse nationalities.
