Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled PMS Hospitality Implementation Consultant to provide technical consultancy to our hospitality customers within the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a hospitality business background or experience in a similar PMS implementation role, with a passion for the hospitality industry and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultancy to hospitality customers within the EMEA region
- Identify areas of required development within correspondence templates to increase data visibility from PMS to Correspondence templates
- Implement, integrate, and train PMS systems remotely and on-site
- Implement PMS interfaces and Meeting & Events solutions
- Configure systems to meet country-specific legal fiscal requirements
- Analyze customer needs and configure systems to their specific requirements
- Ensure multiple users and service model concepts meet customer operational workflows
- Train staff in the best use of software
- Take customers live, answer operational and application requests on-site
- Report accurate project status and act proactively to achieve project goals
- Provide internal consultation
Requirements
- Hospitality business background or experience in a similar PMS implementation role
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures
- Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn company IT solutions and handle system installation
- Ownership with quality, professional attitude, and work ethic
- Fluent in English, with other languages an asset
- Willingness to travel 75%
